Vintage 1940s Pink Striped with Birds & Flowers Belted Cotton Dress / 34 waist

A perfectly adorable vintage 40s, early 50s dress! Where to begin? This dress is made of a sweet pink and white striped fabric, with rows of a bird and flower border print. The dress buttons down the chest, has a metal zipper on one side, and belts at the waist. There is a pocket on the right side! It is sleeveless, and has charming ties at the shoulders. Really such a lovely dress!

Vintage, very good condition. The dress is in very good shape for its age. I didn't find any holes, stains, fading. Freshly cleaned and looking almost like new. The matching belt, however, is a bit dingy looking beside the bright, clean dress, and shows a bit of age. Still looks great, as you can see in the photos. The dress can of course be worn without this belt, or with any other belt, should you choose. :)

Shoulders are 16 inches across from arm opening to opening
Chest is 21.5 inches across from underarm seam to seam
Waist is 17 inches across
Top of shoulder to waist is 17 inches
Hips are 32 inches across
Length is 41 inches from rear centre neck to hem

Measurements taken while flat
Dress form measures 36-26-36, for reference
