A sweet 1950s full skirt with a pretty blue rose print. The fabric is a medium-weight piqué, and feels like cotton. The skirt closes at the waist with a button and a series of snaps, rather than a zipper. There are two blue belt hoops. For those wishing a bit more length, there is just over six inches of fabric turned up at the hem, which could be let down. A lovely skirt for the shoulder seasons, it pairs as easily with a sleeveless top as it does a chunky sweater. Photographed here with and without a crinoline, to show the volume of this skirt. It was a bit small for my dress form, so it is pinned at the back, just at the waist. Please see the measurements for best fit!
Vintage, very good condition overall. There are a few small and faint spots that get lost in the pattern and do not detract from the appearance. Please see the photos for details. Clean and ready to wear!
