Vintage 1920s Plastic Etui Sewing Kit - Thimble & Thread Spools

Absolutely charming! This sweet little sewing kit probably originated in France or Germany, and dates to the 1920s-1930s. Early plastic, untested. The thimble unscrews to reveal two small spools of thread inside. You could pop a couple of sewing needles in there, too. The outside is painted in this really interesting pattern that reminds me of stained glass.
Vintage, good condition overall. It's nearly 100 years old, so there's some wear. The paint is worn in some spots, and there are surface scratches and general wear. There is some thread on the spools, which is a nice treat. Despite the evidence of use over the past century, I think it still looks lovely.
