A trio of super big Bakelite buttons, perfect for crafting, repurposing or use as intended. :) The red button has some decorative carving. The clear apple juice button is thicker and has a depressed centre. The green octagon button has a very subtle marbling that can be seen when held up to the light, and has almost a scalloped shape. Always tested, genuine Bakelite.
Vintage, circa 1940s. All of the buttons have some surface wear and light scratching, commensurate with age. The red button has some particularly noticeable deeper scratches, which look to me like someone got carried away when they were carving the button, and missed the mark a few times. The apple juice button doesn't have any gouges or chips. The green button has some subtle wear around the edges, which again, I suspect is from production. Lots of photos so you can see each button in detail. Overall good condition, and a really fun set of buttons!
